Privacy is a core value of Tidli. Your workspace is private by design: your content stays yours, and the AI that helps your team runs on Tidli's own models — your data is never sent to third-party AI providers.

1. Who we are

Tidli is operated by Alto Palo Software ("we", "us"), the company behind altopalos.com. This Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Waiting-list details you give us: your email address, and optionally your name, company, and domain.
Account & workspace data when the Service launches: your domain, users, and settings needed to run your workspace.
Your content: the messages, emails, documents, files, and tasks you and your team create and store in Tidli ("User Content").
Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the Service, such as log and connection information.

3. How we use information

To operate, secure, and provide the Service.
To contact you about the waiting list and to invite you when Tidli opens.
To respond to your requests and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your User Content, and we do not use your User Content for advertising.

4. AI processing — on our own models

Tidli's AI features (such as summaries, drafting, and search) are powered by models that Alto Palo operates. Your conversations, documents, and files are not sent to third-party AI providers for these features. Processing takes place as part of providing the Service to you.

5. Your data, your domain, your control

Tidli runs under your own domain, and your workspace data belongs to you. Each organization's data is isolated from every other organization. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may export or leave at any time, subject to applicable law and reasonable operational limits.

6. Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed to run the Service (for example, essential hosting infrastructure), to comply with the law, or to protect our rights and the safety of users. Any providers are bound to handle data only as necessary to provide their service to us.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for maintaining your own backups.

8. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Waiting-list details are kept until the Service launches or you ask us to remove them.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for use by organizations and their members.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
